This client came to us with a challenge to convert their existing board report into a PowerBI based report and remove as much of the manual data extraction, transformation and presentation as possible.
What did we do...
We started by understanding what the client currently presented at their board and which elements could be automated from systems already in place. Once we understood the systems, we crafted a data pipeline to extract this data from those systems and present it. We spent time with the client collaboratively developing it further with metrics that made sense for the business
