As part of a project to move from ISO9001 to AS9100 this client asked us to help with the management of projects, which although the company had been delivering projects for several years, did not have any formal process or methodology

After an initial discussion it became apparent that not only was a project management process required but the business was missing key information from projects that would enable the business to better inform the management team on the project portfolio performance
